Our Ambassador Rewards are simple – you will receive 10% of the Gross price paid by your client.
The higher the price you can sell, the higher your commission !
Just send us your email address and Whatsapp number and we will organise a brief presentation of the services we can provide to your clients.
After that we will give you a unique set of Ambassador Codes that your client can use when booking through our website.
We can then easily identify you and transfer your commission the day after the client’s trip finishes
As a new business we are testing the market. We have a set of Standard walk-in prices, but we are keen to get our Occupancy up, and receive lots of Good Reviews.
To help you as an Ambassador you can use the Standard Price with discounts up to 30% (all will be explained in our presentation).
We want to help you close the sale, and earn as much commission as possible !
To get an idea of how much you can earn just go to our booking engine. You will need to enter :
1/ the dates your client is interested in
2/ the number of guests
3/ then select one of these Ambassador Coupon Codes :
AMB10 = 10% discount
AMB20 = 20% discount
AMB30 = 30% discount
4/ divide by 10 and that is your commission !
NB: We also give commission on any Extras you can sell !
No lengthy contracts to sign – we operate a Flexible Cancellation Policy.
If the client cancels within 5 days of the arrival date we will only charge for 1 night, after that they must pay the full booking amount
My name is Wayan and I run the Community and Villas with my brother Nyoman and our extended families.
We started Ubud Permaculture Community on our family land during COVID as we all lost our jobs in tourism.
You will immediately be embraced by the peace and calm of raw nature, in the company of our extended animal family. You will be staying with Susu & Taksu our family cows, Happy & Lili our farm cats, Adam & Eve our duck family and our friendly turtles and fish !
Our farm is totally based on Permaculture Organic principles and we have over 70 varieties of fruit and vegetables to tend daily. A typical day starts as the sun rises by feeding the animals and watering the gardens, before collecting the manure from Susu’s house to make compost. We would love to share with you all of the permaculture knowledge that we have picked up in the last few years, and invite you to join one of our Permaculture Workshops while you are staying with us.
Our traditional land of over 3500 square metres has been passed down through the generations, and will remain in the family for many generations to come.
Surrounding the Villa are our beautifully laid out Permaculture Gardens, designed around the ancient rice terraces and making extensive use of the traditional Subak water system
Our Villa backs on to an unspoilt fruit forest packed with mango, coconut, cacao, coffee, rambutan and durian trees
The Villas, the Yoga Shala, the organic gardens, the rice terraces, our traditional Balinese water-driven hydro-electric system, the jungle and the river are all managed along traditional lines and are available for guests to explore and enjoy throughout their stay.
We are very keen to talk to Retreat, Workshop and Wedding Organisers about renting out our whole property for special events !

The evening usually concludes with a massive bonfire and traditional stories told through fire dances choreographed by our amazing Pyromaniac Dream team of Chix and Zeb !

Unlike many locally owned Villas and Retreats, Manik Wayan has over 25 years practical experience in the tourist industry having worked for a number of 5 star resorts and as such has the skills, knowledge and diplomacy to manage large groups ! In addition he speaks English, French and Japanese !
However, AirBnB does not work as an effective marketing tool for our Mission to host Retreats and Workshops so going forward we are looking to work with Retreat, Workshop & Wedding Organisers !

We have access to many local resources to provide extra capacity at short notice if required by guests. When planning your Retreat, Workshop or Wedding we will work with you to do an up to date comparison of what is available from the other major venues in the Ubud area, to help you provide the most cost effective option. This is a free service and is particularly useful for those organising their first event in Bali !
We will also be calling on a wide range of trusted local practitioners and artists, most of whom we have worked with for many years.
Our aim is to provide 100% Balinese / Indonesian practitioners in order for you and your participants to feel truly immersed in their Balinese experience. Classes will of course be conducted in English.
In order to provide a truly Balinese experience for your guests we can propose some truly unique extras that we can organise and you can upsell as extras to your guests.
Normally we do not rent out individual rooms.
